Our Story
Lyf Medical is happy to offer this first-of-its-kind service in Trinidad and Tobago. Hormone Optimisation is an often overlooked but essential aspect of health. Before our launch, our patients had to travel abroad for treatment. We are happy to have brought this service to T&T at a fraction of the cost.

Most of our female patients have symptoms such as weight loss, resistance, fat storage, inability to build muscle, brain fog, fatigue, and erectile dysfunction, to name a few. Often, people with symptoms like these suffer from hormonal imbalances. Sometimes you may be “doing everything right” and cannot lose the weight. Erectile dysfunction is common in men. Sometimes there is an underlying medical condition that we can treat, and/or use medically approved erectile dysfunction medications. While we do have a focus on hormones, we are also a complete medical clinic and aim to bring you back to perfect health. These ailments may be managed by getting to the root cause of these complex conditions and returning the patient to a state of hormonal balance.

About Our Doctor
Dr. Stone is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician licensed in Trinidad and Tobago, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.
He was chosen as a Former Chief Resident and has over 10 years of experience in Primary Care and Preventative Medicine with a particular focus on Sports Medicine, Hormone Management/Pellet Insertion, and Sexual Dysfunction. He currently also has practices in Houston and Dallas and is the medical director for a Hospice company in Texas.
About Our Manager
Kerry Montano has a B.A. in Health and Nutrition from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, and has always been passionate about health. After completing her Master's degree, she became a certified Health Coach and personal trainer. She has been running Hormone Optimisation Clinics focusing on lifestyle changes for many years. In 2022, she partnered with Dr. Stone to further advance hormone treatment in Trinidad with a medical focus. Together they founded Lyf Medical after recognising the need for more advanced medical options in Trinidad.
