Do we help with weight loss?

Absolutely! Hormones play a large part in weight loss resistance, fat storage, and the inability to build muscle. Sometimes you may be “doing everything right” and cannot lose the weight. If this is related to your hormones, we can help!

 

Do we deal with erectile dysfunction?

Yes, we do! This is very common in men. Sometimes there is an underlying medical condition that we can treat, and/or use medically approved erectile dysfunction medications.

What is the cost of a consultation and treatment?

Our initial consultation is $600. This includes a complete medical history, an exam, and a discussion of your symptoms. You may need some blood tests and then you’ll return to discuss the results with Dr. Stone. Together you will come up with the correct treatment depending on your needs, lifestyle, and budget. (Certain medications have different methods of delivery e.g. oral, injectables, creams, or pellets) so like any doctor, the cost and treatment really just depends on what the diagnosis is.

Do we only deal with hormones?

No! While we do have a focus on hormones, we are also a complete medical clinic. This means that during you visit, if you have any other concerns, we can (and will) also address those since we believe in total patient care. 

 

What are Dr. Stone’s credentials?

Dr. Stone is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician licensed in Trinidad and Tobago, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida. He was chosen as a Former Chief Resident and has over 10 years of experience in Primary Care and Preventative Medicine with a particular focus on Sports Medicine, Hormone Management/Pellet Insertion, and Sexual Dysfunction. He currently also works in Houston and Dallas with over 1000 regular patients. He is also the medical director for a Hospice company in Texas.

Do we offer virtual (online) consultations?

 

Yes! While we always prefer to meet our patients in person, in some cases it isn't possible because of work, weather or traffic, so in these cases, we offer a virtual consultation for your initial appointment.
 
What hormones do we deal with?

Anything! Testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, thyroid, and insulin (diabetes management) to name a few.
